With a wide lineup ranging from aged to fresh varieties, the cheeses are crafted using techniques learned in Europe, while being thoughtfully adapted to suit Japanese tastes. Along with cheeses, the cheese factory also sells original takeout pizzas featuring their signature cheeses. The acidity of tomatoes perfectly highlights the cheese in the most popular option—Margherita. The rich Pizza Quattro Formaggi lets you savor caciocavallo, camembert, mozzarella, and cream cheese all at once. As you can expect from a cheese factory, every pizza is generously topped with cheese.
