[Akkeshi Town] Akkeshi Mikaku Terminal Conchiglie
Served with whisky or charcoal-grilled—enjoy Akkeshi oysters in your own way

Raw, grilled, steamed, or fried are just some of the ways Conchiglie serves its fresh oysters. At Oyster Bar Pitresk, you can enjoy oysters in a style originating from Scotland’s Isle of Islay, where whisky is poured over a raw oyster, you eat the oyster, then drink the remaining liquid from the shell. The oysters are sourced from Akkeshi, including Kakiemon or Maruemon varieties. The Three Raw Oysters & Whisky Set is a dreamy dish, blending the smooth texture and flavor of raw oysters with the smoky, refined aroma of whisky from The Akkeshi Distillery. Savor an exquisite pairing of whisky and oysters both from Akkeshi. To take your oyster experience further, head to Charcoal Grill Aburiya, where you can select fresh shellfish from the in-store tanks and grill them over hot charcoals. Restaurant Escal offers various Western and Japanese dishes. Conchiglie also has a section selling processed oyster products, offering a wide variety of souvenirs to choose from.
